COBA`s business partners are issuers of a Medicare supplemental insurance policy or a public authority responsible for the management of Title XIX of the Social Security Act. They may also be a federal authority or contractor that manages and provides health care to its eligible beneficiaries, or an organization that works under a contract with a self-employed employer plan or an insurer to adjudicate rights and perform other insurance functions, including those necessary for the coordination of delivery activities.
